Birthday Parties  

Celebrate your child’s special day in a fun, inclusive, and sensory‑friendly environment designed for children of all abilities. Our birthday parties offer private access to the open gym area, multisensory experience room, adaptive play equipment, and supportive staff who help ensure the celebration runs smoothly from start to finish. Whether your child wants to climb, swing, explore, or simply enjoy time with friends, the Sensory Play Center provides a welcoming space where every guest can play comfortably at their own pace. 

Sensory Friendly Birthday Party

  • $499 for up to 15 children 

  • $25 for each additional child 

  • $200 non‑refundable deposit required at booking (applied to total) 

 

What’s Included 

  • Cups, plates, napkins, and silverware 

  • 60 minutes of open play 

  • 30 minutes in the community room for food, cake, and celebration 

  • A dedicated staff member to support the party 

  • A list of local pizza places available for delivery 

Accommodations We Can Provide 

To make your celebration as comfortable and inclusive as possible, we’re happy to offer accommodations, including: 

  • A social story provided before the party 

  • Visual schedules and picture communication supports 

  • Quiet break space for children who need time to regulate 

  • Flexible pacing for children who may need to move between activities 

  • Staff available to assist with sensory needs or transitions 

  • Ability to adjust lighting or sound levels to meet the group’s preferences
